Add auto_extend option

If set to true, when setting the ANSI property, rather than throwing away vertically "scrolled" lines, just keep extending the height to accommodate the new required vertical size (height).

Change "Attempt to draw outside of screen" alert to debug-log message

This is a common occurrence (e.g. when reading messages with headers that include an avatar) after users resize their terminals after connecting
and having their screen dimensions auto-detected. So let's not clutter their screens with this error.
